Damaged Shipments - Once your order is shipped, it technically belongs to the delivery company. When your order is delivered, inspect the packaging! If there are any dents or holes in the box, make note of the damage when you sign for the delivery. Be sure to SAVE ALL of the PACKAGING that came with your order. If the carrier wants to inspect the damage, they will need to see the packaging.

In most cases, the delivery company will pay the full cost of replacement. If however, the product is damaged and you didn't make note on the delivery receipt... Now we're squabbling about who is at fault. Sometimes the carrier will take responsibility, sometimes it boils down to a judgment call.

Defective Products - This shouldn't be a problem because everything is inspected before shipment. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements for a return/exchange.

Change of Heart / Ordering Mistakes - If you receive product and change your mind about the purchase, you will only have to pay for the shipping costs. A complete refund will be issued promptly for the full merchandise amount (as long as it's returned in original condition with all the packaging material).
