Free Shipping Offer

Orders that qualify for a free shipping promotion, based on subtotal amount, are eligible for free Ground Shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the continental United States. This applies to ground shipping only, with the entire order going to one address (free shipping does not apply to orders with items going to multiple addresses). Expedited shipping charges can be obtained during checkout if desired. Normal rates will apply.

Return Conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not eligible for a refund. If the original order included a free shipping promotion, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Clearance sale, discounted and discontinued products are not eligible for a refund. In some cases the products may be eligible for a store credit toward a future order.
