Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Methods & ChargesWe use USPS or UPS for shipping. The shopping cart will provide an estimate for both carriers after you enter your zip code. If the estimate provided seems incorrect, please call or e-mail and we will look for other alternatives. For orders shipping internationally, customs and/or duty fees are not included in the shipping charges paid to Primitive Home Decors. These fees are collected when UPS or the Postal Service delivers the package, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused and sent back to Primitive Home Decors, the return shipping charges billed to our company will be removed from the final refund amount.
Free Shipping OfferOrders that qualify for a free shipping promotion, based on subtotal amount, are eligible for free Ground Shipping, as long as the shipping address is located within the continental United States. This applies to ground shipping only, with the entire order going to one address (free shipping does not apply to orders with items going to multiple addresses). Expedited shipping charges can be obtained during checkout if desired. Normal rates will apply.
ReturnsWe expect your order to arrive in perfect condition, but if you are disappointed for any reason, please call us at 1-800-975-3713 or send an email through the contact us page. If anything needs to be returned, we will provide a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the merchandise. Once your return is received, you can expect your refund within 7 business days.
Return Conditions:Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund.
Products must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not eligible for a refund. If the original order included a free shipping promotion, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Clearance sale, discounted and discontinued products are not eligible for a refund. In some cases the products may be eligible for a store credit toward a future order.
Returns after 30 days will be reviewed, and if approved, are subject to a restocking fee.
Other Order IssuesIf you’ve received the wrong item, or if any item is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will get a replacement order shipped out to you as soon as possible.
